Transcription, Technology & Support is a fully functioning transcription service company.   We are one of the oldest transcription companies in New Hampshire.   We currently staff over 200 MTs.   All work is performed by transcriptionists with a minimum of 3 years experience in acute-care transcription, working remotely from across the country.   All work is completed domestically.    

Transcription:   We offer affordable, high quality transcription, meeting TAT commitments, both full time and part time (including overflow), 24/7/365!  MTs are experienced in various information system platforms.   We service all aspects of the medical industry including multi-specialty clinics, acute care and trauma facilities, hospitals, private offices, state agencies, and long term or skilled nursing facilities.   We are experienced in all specialties and work types.  

Technology:   We have solid established relationships with Dictaphone and eScription.   But we also can transcribe on your existing system and we are experienced in a wide variety of technology platforms including MediTech, C- Quence, and Medperfect.    We have the ability to record work, type off-line, telephone access, or on-line in Real Time.  

Embracing new technology, TTS is committed to Voice Recognition.   We recognize that in today's market, institutions may be facing limited financial resources.   Voice Recognition systems along with the transcriptionist will create significant cost savings and improve efficiencies for the facility.   While technology can provide a vehicle to meet the needs of the facility, the transcriptionist is still necessary to ensure the content quality, and key in providing a full "value added product".  

Support:   Support is available on an ongoing basis 24/7/365! This service includes both facility and transcriptionist support in technology, quality, training, and development.
