Transcription, Technology, & Support (TTS) is leading the industry with the technology platforms we utilize. Our MTs are highly productive and engaged with our administrative team to help us delivery quality work, within TAT, consistently. We do this by working with the highest quality team. For most positions we require a minimum of 3 years current acute care experience (minimum 3 years acute care experience within the past 5 years). We are looking for MTs who are dedicated professionals. TTS would ask you to sign a confidentiality agreement, and agree to remain compliant with HIPAA regulations. Position/Job Descriptions Trainers/Orientation Team Members: There is nothing more important to a transcription company than training and supporting MTs who are new to our team or to an account. Providing the MT with the tools and direction so they can be productive, efficient, and accurate are important to all involved. Delivering this support requires an MT who is (a) Experienced on the account platform; (b) Experienced as a medical transcriptionist (CMT is preferred); (c) MTs who have patience and professionalism and who can relate to the MT position; and (d) who have experience in a training or supervisory role, that can recognize strengths and weaknesses of the individuals. TTS has a model of assigning a trainer, who reviews the platform, account, and routine procedures. They work with the MT as a mentor as well as QA supervisor. They remain engaged 1:1 with the MT they are training. An MT in a training capacity will have many questions initially. Working with the MT in a nurturing, supportive, positive role helps the MT gain confidence and comfort in their position, as well as becoming a part of the TTS Team. Some flexibility in schedule is helpful Quality Assurance Team Members: As a company, TTS sets goals to have experienced, professional MTs. We require 3 years experience and are looking for the dedicated MT that takes pride in their work. The QA members evaluate “delivered” work and review/grade based on content, format, style, and account/platform procedures. They reviews are done randomly and intended as a constructive tool to help us all improve. The QA member completes the review, and then provides feedback to the MT for professional development. MT must be experienced on the account, platform, and have demonstrated consistent QA standards. CMT is preferred. |
